Most of us are familiar with the old fashion way of doing it, meaning letting the web designer control every part of the process. We think this is a waste of valuable resources and would like to present a new way of working!
We want people doing what they are good at! A designer should focus on design and layout while the copywriter/editors manages texts.
BannerFlow makes this possible by separating the administration of banners’ design and text.
Showcase
Send invitations to co-workers letting them view and feedback on a campaign’s banners through a neat public showcase on-line.
Share comments straight in the showcase – all people involved in the discussion also gets an email notification.
Feeds
Use feeds in banners simply by adding the URL of the feed and select which values to import. The feeds are automatically updated by the interval you decide and the ads using them will be updated in real-time.
BannerFlow also provides advanced import settings like:

Translations
As if the text managing wasn’t easy enough? With the built-in translation manager you’re able to send campaigns for translation in all your markets’ languages in a few clicks.
And the best part, they come straight to the banner without any interaction from you.
Translators receive an email with a notification that there is a pending translation assigned to them. The email contains a link to a web page with a form with all sentences to translate. When the translation is completed the translator can preview the set of banners that was just translated, as well as commenting on the result.
If a translator somehow misses the deadline you set, he will receive a reminder email telling him to complete the translation as soon as possible. When all translations are finished you get a notification email with a link to the campaign.
Comments & feedback
Comment and feedback on designers’ showcases and keep track of ongoing discussions by email notifications.
The comment feature is also available to translators when they are previewing translatable texts, which gives them new possibilities to contribute.

Compatibility
According to studies by Adobe, Flash© banners can be seen by 99% of all web users. The last percentage of users can still see your message by the automatically created fallback GIF that BannerFlow generates for you.
Affiliates and partners embeds the ad on their page by adding a Script tag pointing at a JavaScript created by BannerFlow. This JavaScript automatically detects if the user has Flash Player enabled and if not it shows the GIF animation instead.
The URL that the user is directed to when clicking the ad is customized by you. It can go through a statistics page of your’s or go straight to the target with an affiliate code attached to the URL. The sky is the limit!
