BannerFlow’s database and all clients’ files are backed up every day. By doing this, we can quickly restore campaigns, ads, uploaded files etc. that was mistakenly removed by any user.

Up-time and availability

Up-time and availability

We are using a commercial up-time reader service which alerts our developers by email and SMS, within 15 minutes, in the unlikely event of a server failure or exception. This helps us to locate issues fast without needing to rely on users’ reports.

Error/exception reports

Error report

To improve BannerFlow’s security and stability, the application sends email reports, automatically, containing user and error details straight our developers. By doing this, we receive all data needed to fix an issue instantly and when completed, notifying the user by email.
