Administrating texts in many different languages have never been easier. TranslationFlow helps you sending out text translations to dozens of editors in minutes.
Firstly, enter the sentences you want to translate. Then select which languages you want the texts to be translated to. For each selected language a list with the associated editors will appear.
Choose which editors to send the translation to and click send. In this stage the editors receive an email with a link to a translation page. The translation page contains a form of text fields with all the sentences to translate. When done, the translator clicks the save button and the translation is saved and indicated as finished in TranslationFlow. You can follow the status of the translations in real-time.

Add comments and explanations to sentences
Be able to add comments to a specific text sent out for translation. This helps you instructing the translators on the context of the sentence or other explanations. If the sentences is to be put in a Content Managing System you can easily associate the texts with dictionary keys linked to the CMS.
Download all translations in one click
It is possible to download all translations in a project merged into one text file, or if you prefer – one by one.
